UK Petrol Prices Reach 159.97p Per Litre Amid Rising Costs

UK petrol prices have reached 159.97p per litre, the highest since the Iran war began, according to the RAC. Diesel prices also increased, currently standing at 178.97p per litre. In early July, petrol was priced at 150.59p, while diesel was at 164.52p. RAC's Simon Williams indicated diesel might hit 185p in the coming weeks unless major oil price reductions occur.
