We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
  • Protection of rights: To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, or that of our users or the public

Some of our service providers store or process data outside Canada (primarily in the United States). While in another jurisdiction, your information may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your personal information is stored on secure servers. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including:

Clarity may record anonymized session replays of how pages are used. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally or to target advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies. You can limit analytics collection by using your browser's tracking-protection features, blocking third-party cookies, or installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Refusing essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of the Site.
