NewsStocks.live exists to help you understand the market without spending hours reading. Here’s exactly how it works - and what it is and isn’t.
Where the news comes from
We pull major financial and market stories from established news sources. Every summarized story links back to its original article, so you can always read the full report at the source and judge it yourself.
How the summaries are made
Each story is condensed by AI into a short, plain-English summary so you can scan what matters in seconds. The model is instructed to use only figures, names and dates that appear in the source, to state no more certainty than the source does, and to end with why the story matters in concrete terms. AI is a powerful tool but not infallible - it can occasionally misinterpret or omit detail. For anything important, follow the source link and confirm the details there.
How stories are checked
Every incoming story is scored by fixed rules, not by a model, on three things: how much it is about markets, how fresh it was when it reached us, and whether the text is usable (a real summary, a real headline, no paywall leftovers, no clickbait, and a closing line that says something specific rather than “this may affect investor sentiment”). A story that fails badly is held out of the site until a person clears it; one that is merely thin is published but never leads the homepage.
Published summaries are then audited every day against their sources by an automated editor, and the daily market analysis is audited before it is published. Findings are fixed by the site’s owner or by a fixer that can change only the text and keeps a copy of what it changed.
Corrections and updates
When a summary or an analysis is changed after publication, the page shows an “Updated” date next to the publication date, and the previous version is kept. The original source link never changes.
If you find an error - a wrong figure, a wrong name, a claim the source does not support - tell us through the contact page with the page link and what is wrong. Corrections are made by a person, not automatically, and a page is never quietly deleted to hide a mistake.
Who is behind this
NewsStocks.live is run by one person with automated help. The summaries, the daily analysis and the brief are generated by AI from the linked sources; the rules, the checks and the corrections are the owner’s. There is no newsroom and no named analyst, and we do not pretend otherwise: articles are attributed to the site, not to a person who did not write them.
Market analysis
Alongside the news, we generate periodic market analysis that pulls together recent stories into a broader picture. It’s meant to help you understand context and sentiment - not to tell you what to buy or sell.
How often it updates
News is fetched and summarized every four hours. The daily market analysis is written once a trading day and published after its audit. “The Market in 5 Minutes” on the homepage and at /brief is assembled from that day’s data on every visit. The email brief goes out once a week, on Mondays. Stock pages show recent market data that refreshes regularly; prices and figures may be delayed and should not be relied on for trading decisions.

Advertising and affiliate links
The site is free and carries no display ads. Two things can earn money, and both are labelled where they appear.
- One sponsor slot a week. A single box marked “Sponsor” on the brief and in the Monday email, sold by the week. It sits outside the brief’s own content. A sponsor never sees the brief before it is published, has no say in what is covered, and is never mentioned in a story or an analysis because they paid. We quote a sponsor only the numbers our analytics and email provider actually report. When the slot is unsold the page says so.
- Affiliate links, if any. The tools page lists only tools this site or its owner uses, and says how. If a link there ever earns a referral fee, the link text says “affiliate link” and the page says so at the top. Today none does.
