Binance Launches Pre-IPO Access Campaigns for Tokenized Assets

Binance Wallet and PancakeSwap are set to launch Pre-Access campaigns that sell tokenized exposure to private companies before their public listings. This follows Binance's expansion into traditional assets, including stock trading and derivatives. As of September 19, the number of tokenized stockholders reached 3.7 million, up 86% in 30 days, with distributed value exceeding $3 billion. However, holders of these tokens will not have voting rights, dividends, or shareholder rights, posing potential risks for investors.
