This marks a notable shift from the previous year's report, where women earned $73,100 and men earned $87,500. Single women constitute 25% of first-time homebuyers, compared to 10% for single men. Additionally, single women owned 58% of the nearly 35.2 million homes owned by unmarried Americans in 2022.
