Generali Asset Management (GenAM) proposes new CEO Russell Büsst

Generali Asset Management (GenAM) has nominated Russell Büsst as the next CEO and Filippo Casagrande for a newly created general manager role. The management changes aim to focus on third-party institutional and pension clients and adapt leadership for an expanding organization. If approved, the appointments will take effect at the end of current CEO Bruno Servant's mandate in late April 2026. Büsst currently leads Conning's European operations, while Casagrande has served in significant investment roles within Generali since 2009.
