Targa Telematics has partnered with Hyundai Connected Mobility GmbH to enhance data solutions for fleet operators by integrating Hyundai vehicles across Europe. This collaboration focuses on direct integration of fleet data into Targa's platform, improving maintenance, recovery, fraud detection, and management for fleet managers. Targa will also provide advanced management features for Hyundai electric vehicles, including monitoring of battery levels and energy consumption. This partnership aims to simplify fleet management across different vehicle generations and bolster operational efficiency for fleet operators.

Descartes (DSGX) Acquires Idelic for $28 Million to Enhance Safety
Descartes Systems Group (DSGX) announced the acquisition of fleet safety platform Idelic for $28 million. This AI-powered platform will enhance Descartes' Global Logistics Network by integrating advanced driver performance monitoring with existing solutions. Idelic's database consists of over 40 billion miles of driving data and more than 400,000 accident reports. The acquisition, which represents Descartes’ 36th since 2016, will also have a performance-based earnout of up to $12 million dependent on revenue targets in the following two years.
