Ford (F) Increasing Lincoln Production in U.S. by 2030

Ford Motor (F) announced on Wednesday that it will increase production of its Lincoln vehicles in the U.S. starting in 2030. The company plans to phase out imports from China, which it claims will enhance its position as America’s top auto producer. In 2023, Ford imported the next-generation Lincoln Nautilus from China, marking a first for the brand. Ford assembled over 2 million vehicles in the U.S. last year, including 311,000 units for export. This strategy may strengthen U.S. manufacturing and create thousands of jobs.
