40 Countries Aided China in Dodging US Tariffs - $300bn Impact Report

The White House reported that over 40 countries, including Canada, India, Mexico, Japan, and South Korea, have assisted China in evading US tariffs through transshipping (routing exports through countries with lower import duties). This has reportedly allowed China to sidestep tens of billions of dollars in tariffs on goods valued between $30 billion and roughly $300 billion. White House trade adviser Peter Navarro stated this has cost American jobs and revenue.
