This initiative aims to assist financial advisers in integrating private market assets into client portfolios via a managed portfolio structure. The portfolios utilize a single-subscription, SMA-style format, reducing the minimum investment required. This new framework simplifies operational processes tied to private market investing, while providing clients direct ownership of underlying funds.
