BYD (BYDDF) Added to US List of Firms with Military Ties

The US Department of Defense has added BYD (BYDDF) and Alibaba to a list of over 80 companies alleged to have ties to the Chinese military. Alibaba's spokesperson stated that there is no basis for their inclusion and that they will seek legal action.
