SpaceX (SPAC) President Donates Stock to 2 Million Trump Accounts

Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX's (SPAC) President, announced a stock donation to the Trump Accounts program, aimed at investment accounts for around 2 million American children under 18. The announcement comes as the program has also received commitments from notable figures and companies, including a $250 million pledge from Micron. Shotwell's stake in SpaceX is valued at approximately $2.4 billion following a recent IPO. This initiative, officially launched on July 4, includes an initial $1,000 deposit from the U.S. Treasury for eligible newborns, emphasizing support for local communities.
