NVIDIA (NVDA) Partners with Cloverleaf for Data Center Development

On August 21, 2026, Cloverleaf Infrastructure announced a strategic partnership with NVIDIA (NVDA) to enhance digital infrastructure across the U.S. As part of the agreement, NVIDIA is taking a minority stake in Cloverleaf, which raised $300 million in its first year after its founding in 2024. Earlier this month, NVIDIA also committed $1.5 billion to support SB Energy's 10-GW data center project in Pike County, Ohio. This partnership aims to meet the growing demand for AI factory development and solidifies NVIDIA's role in the evolving infrastructure landscape for artificial intelligence.
