Micron (MU) Faces Lawsuit Over Alleged Price Fixing in Memory Market

Micron Technology (MU), along with Samsung and SK hynix, is facing a new lawsuit accusing them of coordinating production cuts to manipulate memory prices. The three companies control approximately 90% of the global memory market, with Micron's high-bandwidth memory (HBM) sold out through 2026, fulfilling only 50 to 66 percent of demand.
